Cancellation
You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
We issue refunds for goods that are short-shipped or arrive damaged, once we have verified the claim. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
Food-safety exclusions
For food-safety reasons, opened packs cannot be returned or exchanged unless the contents are damaged or short-shipped.
