Data we collect
When you contact us or place an enquiry, we may collect your name, company name, phone number (verified by OTP), email address, delivery address, and the content of any message you send us.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiries and questions.
- To process and fulfil orders, including delivery and invoicing.
- To keep statutory records required under Indian law, including for GST.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored on Google Firebase, in the United States region, under our project vishvai-trade.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for 24 months. Order records are retained for 8 years, as required for GST purposes.
Sharing
We share the minimum information needed with our courier partners to deliver your order, and with our payment gateway, Razorpay, when you pay online.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data by writing to info@jaivai.in.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics beyond what is technically required for Firebase to operate this site.
Children
This site is intended for business and consumer use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
